Actually I think I read that in some newbie book. Probly just to keep ppl from flushing or throwing away their T's when they're just molting.
What is the ratio of dying upside down to dying upright?

I have seen no molt progression since my last post. The T was limp, and not responsive. I picked it up look at the abdomen to see if the heart was sunken, and I couldn't really tell since the abdomen is miss shaped to begin with. I was pretty sure she was dead though, and about to put her in the freezer, then she started to move a little.
I checked on her again a couple minutes ago, and her legs are flat against the ground. If she is not dead, I don't think she will have the strength to pull off a molt.

This morning I found the T on her back. Either she fell over, and can't get up, or maybe she is trying to force a molt. The T seems pretty wet around the book lungs, and I don't know if the water might be cutting her off from oxygen, so I took the lid off the ICU. The T is alive, but barely responsive at the moment. The brown specs in the pic is just substrate.

I know it dont make any difference but I'd like to ask why is her abdomen so soaked?

I'm not sure. I didn't put any more solution it since I found it upside down. Maybe it got wet from when it was leaned up against the side of the ICU. I didn't think the humidity would get that high in the ICU, so maybe it was secreting fluid?

I have no idea. I have never seen it before our last two died but they both died upside down.

IMO it looks like your paper towels are too wet. When you squeeze them they shouldn't produce any excess water. If your worried about it dehydrating, you can add a small water dish in the ICU.

And died upside down too. I wonder if flipping upside down was more for comfort.
